Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Please record an unboxing video when opening your package.

  • We accept claims for damaged or incorrect items only with a valid unboxing video.

  • Claims must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
