Refund policy

We generally do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements. However, exceptions are made only if the product or packaging is damaged due to courier issues.

In such cases, you must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened and share it with us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a claim:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

  • The issue must be clearly visible in the unboxing video

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for return, replacement, or refund. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, contact us within 48 hours with a valid unboxing video so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Refunds

If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
